7 Days Mount Kilimanjaro Climb – Marangu Route
Day 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. Meet your mountain guide for a detailed climb briefing and equipment check.

Day 2: Marangu Gate (1,870m) – Mandara Hut (2,720m)
After breakfast, transfer to Marangu Gate for registration and permit formalities. Begin your trek through the lush rainforest to Mandara Hut.

Hiking Time: 4–5 hours

Day 3: Mandara Hut – Horombo Hut (3,720m)
Continue through moorland vegetation with spectacular views of Mawenzi and Kibo peaks.

Hiking Time: 6–8 hours

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Horombo Hut
A short acclimatization hike towards Zebra Rocks before returning to Horombo Hut.

Day 5: Horombo Hut – Kibo Hut (4,703m)
Trek across the alpine desert towards Kibo Hut. Rest and prepare for the summit attempt.

Hiking Time: 5–6 hours
Accommodation: Kibo Hut
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 6: Summit Day – Uhuru Peak (5,895m) – Horombo Hut
Begin your summit attempt around midnight. Reach Gilman’s Point, continue to Uhuru Peak, then descend to Horombo Hut.

Accommodation: Horombo Hut
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 7: Horombo Hut – Marangu Gate – Moshi
Descend through the rainforest to Marangu Gate where you will receive your summit certificate. Transfer back to Moshi.

Meals: Bed & Breakfast
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
