MKOMAZI NATIONAL PARK – DAY TRIP
OVERVIEW.
Mkomazi national park is located in northeastern Tanzania between Kilimanjaro and Tanga regions. It’s approximately 3 hours from moshi town and 5 hours from Arusha city, Just pick your starting point and we will be there for you.
The park shares it’s Northern border with Tsavo national park in Kenya which gives you the opportunity to view migratory animals from Tsavo national park. It hosts the refugee for the endangered black rhinos and wild dogs which were successfully reintroduced in the 1990s.
The park offers spectacular wildlife, birds, plant and tree species viewing.
TOUR PLAN
Wake up early and Have the breakfast and Our professional tour guide will pick you up in your hotel at 07:00 am (This is for people in Moshi town, Contact us if you’re in Arusha or anywhere else and we will plan it according to your location or preferences.) and Drive to Mkomazi national park. Game drive will start at 09:30 am. You will have your picnic lunch within the park at 12:00 pm. Resume game drive untill 02:30 pm. Drive back to moshi town into your hotel/Drop off location.
